Arriving by plane at Marco Polo Airport: by water taxi (30 minutes ride to Campo San Vio), by public transportation water bus Alilaguna (one hour and twenty five minutes ride to Zattere stop, 12 euro per person each way) or by public transportation bus to Piazzale Roma (then see by car or by train).

Water taxi stop and Alilaguna stop: you will find the signs once you get outside the airport. It is towards left, about 200 meters away from the airport. You can check the Alilaguna timetable on their website: alilaguna.it. Once at Zattere stop use the map you will receive with the attachments email. Leaving the Zattere stop behind you, you have to go right. After crossing the first bridge you go left, following the canal until Campo San Vio, the first square you'll encounter. Then go right on Calle della Chiesa (see by car or by train).

Arriving by plane at Treviso Airport: by taxi or by bus to Piazzale Roma (then see by car or by train).

Arriving by car or train: from Piazzale Roma (recommended parking: Garage San Marco, for which we offer discount coupons) or from the train station you can take the "vaporetto" (public transportation water bus) lines 1 or 2 (faster but only one every two rides comes our way) to the Accademia stop. In alternative, you can take a water taxi to Campo San Vio.

Arriving by (cruise) ship: you can either take a taxi/car to Piazzale Roma and follow the instructions in "arriving by car" or a water taxi (not available all year) to Campo San Vio. From Marittima terminal you can also reach Piazzale Roma on foot, 10 minutes walk. From San Basilio terminal (smaller cruise ships and river vessels) you can reach the hotel on foot, after a 15-20 minutes walk (you will encounter around three or four bridges along the way).

Leaving the Accademia boat stop behind you, go left, following the sign indicating the Guggenheim Collection.

You will encounter a small bridge. Crossing it you'll get to Campo San Vio.

From Campo San Vio you take Calle della Chiesa (very narrow street right in front of the small bridge, across the small square) and before this small street ends you will find a sign high up on the wall in front of you, indicating that the Charming House DD724 is situated to your left, behind a small black iron gate, in front of the Corner Pub (on you right). If you reach the Guggenheim collection you have walked past us, so retrace your steps to the Corner Pub.
